Position: Chief Financial Officer & Director
Mr. McElhanney is an independet consultant and past senior manager of McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd., an engineering consulting company,prior to which he served as Project Manager for RLG International from July 1999 to October 2002, and as branch and project manager of McElhanney Consulting Services Ltd. in Surrey BC from June 1992 to July 1999. Mr. McElhanney holds a degree in civil engineering from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, London Ontario.

Mr. Mike Withrow is currently the VP Business Development for Canadian Pacific Algae & Phytoplankton, a natural health product business and nutraceutical ingredient producer. He has over 20 years of experience with companies focused on developing and delivering commercialized products, including new business start-ups, product development, intellectual property protection and marketing in various leadership roles.

Position: Director
Mr. Clark is a chartered accountant who presently serves as a director and the CFO of biOasis Technologies Inc., a biotechnology research and development company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has over 25 years of experience as a senior financial consultant and/or a director and officer with numerous public and private companies engaged in a wide range of industries including oil and gas, mineral resource exploration, real estate, brewing, biotechnology and banking. Mr. Clark will serve as the Chairman of the audit committee of the Company.

Position: Director
Dr. Tully received her PhD in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Indiana, School of Medicine in 1996. Dr. Tully has several publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented research at international medical conferences. Dr. Tully currently serves on the scientific advisory boards of several companies and she networks with many institutions and organizations in an effort to assess and implement cutting edge technologies that promote environmental and human health.
